We insist all customers take their time in making the right decision to purchase and explore all options before making a commitment. Research the website for various different styles of beds. If unsure of dimensions, materials etc, do not hesitate to contact us and speak to one of our dedicated customer service team.
Upon receipt of goods we suggest you inspect the item(s) as you will need to sign as received in good condition. If Item(s) do not appear to be in good condition we suggest you check the goods for damage and if necessary refuse delivery. At this point you can then contact us to resolve the issue.
If items are ordered and then NO longer required, the cost of return MUST be covered by the purchaser.
Buyers have 14 days to notify us that they would like to return an item for a refund. We can only accept returns in original packaging/undamaged. If items are not returned in good condition, you may not be entitled to a refund. On the same note we appreciate that if goods received are faulty or damaged, we will immediately arrange to rectify this.
All products meet safety standards and comply with UK regulations. Some of the mattresses are vacuum packed. Once opened, they are very difficult to re-package for return.
Our delivery partners will not collect opened mattress due to size, health and hygiene reasons. Refund on mattresses will only be honoured if there is a manufacturing fault.
Once the mattress has been opened, It will take a few weeks for it to reach its optimum depth and comfort.
